Its role is then to provide tailored support through the mobilization of skills. The offers of expertise cover all fields of action of the ministry: heritage and museum fields, training of foreign professionals, cultural tourism, governance, regulatory framework, etc. This expertise is also being used by foreign governments in the context of bilateral twinning carried out by the European Union, with a view to contribute to the cultural development of neighbouring countries.
