Les Albums des jeunes architectes et paysagistes - AJAP 2016 Exhibition from March 1 to April 9, 2017

The exhibition «Albums des jeunes architectes et paysagistes» tells every two years the policy of the Ministry of Culture and Communication in favour of young architects and landscapers. The promotion of AJAP 2016 distinguishes 15 teams of architects and 5 teams of landscapers.

Produced and presented on 1er March to April 9, 2017 by the Cité de l'architecture et du patrimoine in preview, the exhibition of «Albums des jeunes architectes et paysagistes» will continue in 2017 its roaming in the regions. Abroad, the exhibition is made possible by the support of the French Institute.

The exhibition is an opportunity to organize with the winners debates and meetings in each venue where it is presented, with local stakeholders of architecture, landscape and culture.

The jury, which met on 22 and 23 March 2016, was chaired by the Minister of Culture and Communication, and co-chaired by Marc Barani, architect, 2013 Grand Prix national de l'architecture and Laure Planchais, 2012 Grand Prix national du paysage. It was composed of sixteen members including architects, landscapers, builders, representatives of the press and institutional actors.

The exhibition is curated by Karine Dana, architect and journalist.

The scenography of the exhibition is usually done by a laureate from the previous session. This year, it was entrusted to the collective AJAP 2014, represented by the agencies Studio 1984 and CLAAS architectes.

A catalogue, a website and a sponsorship circle complete this scheme of promotion of the winners.
