On the occasion of the 80 years of the Law 27 September 1941 on the regulation of archaeological excavations, and the 20 years of the Law of 17 January 2001 on preventive archaeology, experts, researchers and academics specialists in archaeology and heritage law will discuss the reception of archaeological practices in the law and the normative singularities of the law of archaeology. The colloquium will also propose a prospective reflection on the dynamics and mutations of law, mirror of the relationship of society to its archaeological heritage.
