Information, communication department

Placed at the heart of the administrative system of the regional cultural affairs directorate, the information service, documentation and communication responds to both internal and external requests on all the fields of competence of the Ministry of Culture and Communication in the regions: public cultural policy, sociology, economy and funding of culture, cultural law, cultural employment, arts education, cultural action, visual arts, film and audiovisual, books and public reading, heritage, museums, archives, performing arts (music, dance, theatre, street and circus arts, etc.), missions and organization of central and decentralized services of the Ministry of Culture and Communication.

The service helps with research and provides access to the databases of the Ministry of Culture and Communication as well as to the computerized catalogue of the collection.

He also received for mission, to ensure at the internal level a good flow of information and in close liaison with the various departments of the Drac to coordinate all the communication of the regional management in order to make known and value the action of the State in cultural matters on the regional territory.

It provides the relay in the regions of national operations: the Rendez-vous to the gardens, the European Heritage Days, the Music Festival, the Night of Museums.
