General Secretariat
The Corporate Secretariat assists the Regional Director and Deputy Regional Director in all of the following support functions and resource areas:
FINANCIAL AFFAIRS
Coordination, management, monitoring, control and evaluation of budgetary and accounting programming of intervention appropriations (operating, investment and public procurement grants) the policy of cultural intervention in the territory Provence Alpes Côte d'Azur in connection with the DRFIP and the general secretariat of the Ministry of Culture
LEGAL AFFAIRS
Coordination of all administrative and legal issues related to the General Secretariats of the Prefectures and the SGAR
HUMAN RESOURCES
Implementation of the human resources and skills management policy of the DRAC (master plan of GPEEC) and its various services in connection with the Department of Territorial Action of the Ministry of Culture and the HR platform of the SGAR
GENERAL MEANS
Operation and routine maintenance of services, management of decentralized operating credits delegated by the Prefect of Region (charter BOP 333 and case 723) and markets with the platform purchase of the SGAR, management and optimization of the automotive fleet, implementation of paperless procedures for information systems and telephony, reception of the public, mail and standards. Multi-year planning of curative and preventive maintenance and improvement of safety conditions and workspaces in connection with the Occupational Health and Safety Inspection of the Ministry of Culture.
In this capacity, the Secretary-General oversees the administrative action, coordinates and implements the optimisation of the management of staff and operational resources of the services. He participates in the collective reflection on the organizational aspects of the DRAC. The services of the General Secretariat include the services of financial affairs and management control, human resources and training, general means of services (IT and telephony, logistics, reception, maintenance and works).
