Villa built in 1928 by the architect Georges-Henri Pingusson for a rich patron of the theatre world, Mme Gompel. Located 50m from the beach of Cannes-la-Bocca, it is a work of the beginning of the career of Pingusson, realized in collaboration with the architect Paul Furiet. Regionalist elements, such as the round tile roof, are combined with modern elements such as cantilevers and porthole openings.
