In the context of the development of the new Juan-les-Pins station, the villa was built in 1921-22 on the plans of the Cannois architect Ernest Truch for Mr. and Mrs. It is one of the most complete and homogeneous examples of the neo-Momauresque current on the French Riviera: tower-minaret, roofs-terraces, battlements, loggia, mashrabiyya, horseshoe or mitre openings, polychrome earthenware tiles... On the first floor, a room with a neo-medieval fireplace and covered with a dome on pendants with plaster decoration modeled and incised Arabian.
