Between the sea and the mountains, the Argelière garden has been conquered on former terraces colonized by the surrounding forest. Oaks, ash trees and tall trees still bear witness to the original vegetation. Today, it is in an abundance of over 1200 species and many perennials that we walk. In the collections of roses - including impressive climbers and Nabonnand -, sage and iris mingle a dozen protected plants in the Alpes-Maritimes and woodwardia radicans, a large tropical fern, protected at the national level. Here and there, benches invite visitors to listen to the birds' song or to observe the butterflies. Batracians and dragonflies appreciate the small ponds installed for their attention.
