DILCRAH is launching a new call for projects for 2023 for local structures engaged in the fight against racism, anti-Semitism and anti-LGBT hatred.

Under the aegis of Mrs Elisabeth BORNE, Prime Minister, and Mrs Isabelle LONVIS-ROME, Minister responsible for equality between women and men, diversity and equal opportunities, DILCRAH is launching today its call for local projects, fully decentralized, «For brotherhood, against racism and anti-Semitism, against anti-LGBT+ hatred».

This year, the call for local projects is extended to the criterion of belonging, or non-appartenance, true or presumed to an ethnic group, a nation, an alleged race or a specific religion. This criterion of discrimination may be the subject of DILCRAH funding in line with the enlargement of the next national plan to fight racism and anti-Semitism to these issues, just as discrimination based on sexual orientation and gender identity.

With an envelope of 2.6 million euros for the year 2023, this local project call aims to accompany the national plan to fight racism and anti-Semitism on the one hand and the national action plan for equal rights, against hatred and anti discrimination on the otherLGBT+ 2020-2023 on the other hand.

Nominations are open on October 26, 2022 and will be closed on 8 December 2022.

Together, let’s fight for brotherhood!

This call for projects is open until 8 December 2022.
