Cultural and territorial action
The DRAC Grand Est’s consideration of audiences and territories far from culture is based on interdepartmental, transversal and partnership cultural policies. They are implemented, within the Democratization and Industries and Cultural Pole (DIC), by the advisors "Cultural and Territorial Action", in close connection with all the services of the DRAC, other decentralized services of the State and local authorities.
"Cultural and territorial action" advisers develop and support actions to combat social, economic and territorial inequalities of access to culture (persons with disabilities, hospitalized persons, prisoners, persons in situations of social or geographical exclusion) in the framework of partnerships and agreements with the communities and interdepartmental policies, most of which are the subject of calls for proposals, on the DRAC website throughout the year:
city culture/politics ;
culture/rural ;
culture/health and disability ;
culture/justice ;
culture/solidarity and popular education.
Each of the advisers "Cultural and Territorial Action" implements the strategy of the DRAC on two departments.
They are the privileged interlocutors of all the partners (communities, cultural actors and associations...) for these territories.
At the interdepartmental level, each adviser and referent, with the other departments of the State, for one or more major policy.
The eligibility criteria common to each of these schemes are based on the three pillars of arts and cultural education:
- artistic and cultural practice;
- the acquisition of knowledge contributing to the construction of an aesthetic judgment;
- the encounter with works and artists.
