European Archaeology Days - Grand Est
Over the course of a weekend, all the players in the world of archaeology are mobilizing to help as many people as possible discover the riches and behind the scenes of this science.
Since 2010, the National Archaeology Days have been raising public awareness of the diversity of archaeological heritage, the results of research and the various specializations and methods of excavation. In 2020, they become the European Archaeology Days (JPO).
The participants
Research organizations, universities, museums and archaeological sites, laboratories, archives, associations and local authorities are encouraged to organize original and interactive activities for all.
An event coordinated by INRAP
The Ministry of Culture has entrusted Inrap (the National Institute for Preventive Archaeological Research) with the coordination and promotion of the National Archaeology Days.
