As part of the contract between the DRAC Grand Est, the Grand Est Region and the National Book Centre to pool support to book stakeholders, six calls for projects are published:

fluxus, the cultural and artistic incubator of the Great East recruits its fifth promotion.
This regional incubation system is intended for cultural and artistic entrepreneurs established in the Greater East: it combines collective training and individual support to support, for one year, in an intensive way, Project leaders in the process of creating a viable and sustainable economic cultural and creative activity.
The Culture and Health regional programme offers the opportunity to eligible institutions that so wish, to include an artistic and cultural approach in their establishment and health project.
As such, a support mechanism for the implementation of projects in health and medico-social institutions. A call for projects implemented by DRAC Grand Est and ARS Grand Est.
The following are eligible for the call for projects:
- Health facilities;
- medical and social establishments in the disabled sector with exclusive competence ARS ( MAS – ESAT – IME – IEM – ITEP )
- EHPAD
- Structures whose main objective is the creation and dissemination of artistic and cultural works;
- artists, artists' collectives or cultural professionals and associations using their services.
Applications Extended to October 10, 2022
Each year, the Ministry of Culture launches a call for projects to obtain the Exhibition of National Interest label in the direction of the territorial museums benefiting from the Musée de France designation.
This label rewards the museums of France that implement exhibitions remarkable both for their scientific quality and for the innovative nature of the cultural mediation actions that accompany them.

The Ministry of Justice and the Ministry of Culture have been working for many years to develop the practice of artistic activities in prisons and the services or institutions of judicial protection of youth.The Ministry of Culture and the Ministry of Justice support the development of artistic practice for people under the control of justice by allocating a grant to the organizers of such projects.
The DRAC Grand Est is calling for 2023 projects.
The following are eligible for the call for projects:
- structures whose main objective is the creation and dissemination of artistic and cultural works;
- artists or groups of artists;
- institutions and services in prisons and the judicial protection of young people.
Nature of the project
The project will build on the three pillars of arts and cultural education:
- artistic practice;
- the acquisition of knowledge contributing to the construction of an aesthetic judgment;
- meeting with works and artists.
It will also pursue the following objectives:
- to promote the artistic and cultural practices of persons under the control of justice;
- implement the active participation of beneficiaries over a significant period of time, involving them in the creation process;
- value the diversity of cultures, practices and modes of expression.

Other regional or national calls for projects
The Stéphane Bern Foundation for History and Heritage has decided to create a «Prize of the Stéphane Bern Foundation for Heritage» in the amount of 25,000 euros that is awarded each year.
The Prize rewards actions for the enhancement of the built and/or landscape heritage, located in the French territory, with the objective of widening the access and understanding of the heritage to the greatest number, either through mediation initiatives, animation,
promotion, dissemination or integration.
The actions can be of various order: digital tool, educational tool, artistic creation, site or network animation, organization of workshops or events…
The action must already have been put in place and have given its first results. The Prize is not intended to finance an idea or the launch of a project.
Natural persons, associations under Law 1901 and public persons, with the exception of the State and local and regional authorities or groups of municipalities with more than 10,000 inhabitants, may compete without nationality restrictions.
Caisse des Dépôts - Cultural and creative industries
This call for projects aims to accompany the deployment of new cultural and artistic offerings based on digital innovations in the performing arts, heritage and architecture sectors.
It aims to foster the development of services and devices based on technological innovations, usage, organization or economic model, Enabling the emergence of new services throughout the value chain of the sectors concerned and the development of eco-responsibility of the actors. It is aimed at actors proposing either to support the maturation of projects with high development potential, or to capitalize on previously proven proof of concept from both the technological point of view and the usages.
