The "Heritage and Environment" tip sheets for individuals, elected officials or public or private planners allow all those who wish to undertake the renovation of an old building or installation of a solar energy source, to ask oneself, upstream of the project, the questions that will promote its success. They also provide methods and tools to use the territory economically and rationally. They are carried out by the departmental units of architecture and heritage of the DRAC Grand Est.

In accordance with the codes of town planning and heritage, the works must be the subject at least of a preliminary declaration of works to be deposited in town hall.
