1/ General framework and procedure
The procedure takes place in two stages:
- Examination and selection of applications from applicants who have responded to the call for proposals by a national commission.
- allocation of the grant to the project promoters selected by the competent DRAC. In order to obtain the grant, project promoters who are aware of the favourable follow-up given to their project must complete the administrative part of the grant application file. The information already present in the project document should not be reproduced in the administrative file (a reference to the "project" file is sufficient).
2/ Download the form according to the status of your structure:
Cerfa association or its equivalents: local authority form/ Public establishment/ Commercial company
Important : don’t forget to attach a RIB or RIP to your grant application file!
3/ Report on the subsidized action (mandatory)
A financial report must be filed with the administrative authority that paid the grant within six months of the end of the fiscal year (year) in which the grant was granted. It must be accompanied by the last annual activity report and the approved accounts of the last financial year closed.
Download the form "Grant financial report" (valid regardless of the legal status of your structure)
