1/ Framework and procedure:
Educational records must be sent to the rectorate in February/March of the school year N-1 for projects to be carried out in the following school year.
A committee of representatives of the DRAC and the Rector studies and selects the projects during May (year N-1).
The projects selected are the subject of funding either DRAC (financial aid paid to the participant or to the supporting structure of the project), or Rectorate (financial aid paid to the school) according to the distribution of credits.
Concerning the RDCA-funded projects Recipients are informed of the positive outcome of their project and are invited to complete the downloadable grant application form below. This administrative approach is mandatory in order to obtain payment of the grant.
2/ Download the form according to the status of your structure:
Cerfa association or its equivalents: local authority form/ Public establishment/ Commercial company
Important: Don’t forget to attach a RIB or RIP to your grant application file!
Deadline for return of files:
31 December of year N (for an application for year N+1), be filed on 31 December 2011 for an application for 2012, etc...
3/ Report on the subsidized action (mandatory)
A financial report must be filed with the administrative authority that paid the grant within six months of the end of the fiscal year (year) in which the grant was granted. It must be accompanied by the last annual activity report and the approved accounts of the last financial year closed.
