State policy (DRAC) in favour of archives concerns both buildings and collections. The DRAC can thus support the construction or rehabilitation of buildings according to the procedures defined in the circular opposite. DRAC support for archival holdings can take various forms: aid for enrichment, preventive conservation, restoration, enhancement of archival collections; but also aid for digitization, management and preservation of digital information; publication of learned societies.

2/ Report on the subsidized action (mandatory)
A financial report must be filed with the administrative authority that paid the grant within six months of the end of the fiscal year (year) in which the grant was granted. It must be accompanied by the last annual activity report and the approved accounts of the last financial year closed.
