The DRAC can subsidize the following operations: planned excavations, prospections (thematic or inventory) and surveys, collective research projects, preparations for publication.

1. General Framework and Procedure:
All field operations must be the subject of an administrative authorisation from the prefect (regardless of whether a grant application is granted or rejected).
Applications for authorization of archaeological operations that are the subject of a State grant (DRAC Centre) must be accompanied by the Cerfa form n°12156*03 (application file – association, community or institution).

2. Grant forms to download:
Cerfa association or its equivalents: local authority form/ Public establishment/ Commercial company
Important : don’t forget to attach a RIB or RIP to your grant application files!
Deadline for return of files:
December 15 of year N (for N+1 application), be filed on December 15, 2016 for 2017 application, etc.
3. Report on the subsidized action (mandatory)
A financial report must be filed with the administrative authority that paid the grant within six months of the end of the fiscal year (year) in which the grant was granted. It must be accompanied by the last annual activity report and the approved accounts of the last financial year closed.
