On this occasion, after a brief presentation of the system and the support provided by La Villette to project promoters, a number of points were discussed, giving a spotlight on the region.
A generic reminder of the DRAC’s actions in favour of Micro-Funds (12 have been supported to date) was presented, as well as possible financing arrangements.
The DRAC has an advisory role for project promoters and ensures the coherence of projects with regard to cultural policy in the territory. However, if the support and advice given allows the deployment of Micro-Funds in the regions, the operation, dynamism and territorial influence of this device depend on the actions carried out by the project promoters.
To this end, Fouzia Kamal, elected to culture in Dreux (28) and Guillaume Decard, elected to culture in Saint-Réphaël (83) exchanged, among other things, on the diversity of the audiences received, the transversality of the Micro-Fund through partnerships with other structures, Arts and Cultural Education (EAC)...
