Preventive archaeological fee
The advance request for diagnosis or voluntary request for realization of diagnosis (DVRD) is a possibility offered to developers that allows to better control the costs and delays related to preventive archaeology. Art. R. 523-14 of the Heritage Code.
Who to request an early diagnosis?
The DRTD must be sent by mail to the RDCA.
Who can request an early diagnosis?
The DVRD must be done by the person planning to carry out the works, works or improvements or by any person authorized by the developer (supporting document to be provided).
In the case where the developer is not the owner of the land, the latter must have given his agreement for the realization of the diagnosis (supporting document to be provided).
