Summer plains
Nearly 500 meetings with the inhabitants of Hauts-de-France
- 45 companies, artists, collectives mobilized
- Artistic impromptus organized in cities of hundreds of thousands or hundreds of inhabitants as in Chivres-Val (Aisne), 513 inhabitants
- Many disciplines represented such as theatre, dance, music but also street arts, design, plastic arts, screen printing, or literature
Summer plains: an original feature
The meetings and performances are not held in spaces traditionally dedicated to artistic diffusion (theatre, museums, art center...), but are designed with the complicity of artists, communities and partners from the territories. Thus, these meetings take place where people work, live, walk where are entertained: public places, markets, factories, forests, Ephad, media libraries...
The ambition of the summer plan is based on the volume of financial means put in place and was made possible thanks to the quality of the territorial fabric developed and supported by the DRAC for a long time, both from an artistic point of view, that of the territorial correspondents mobilized around the EAC.
