Les Sites patrimoniaux remarquables (SPR) des Hauts-de-France
The remarkable heritage sites were created by law no. 2016-925 of 7 July 2016 on the freedom of creation, architecture and heritage. This device aims to protect and highlight the architectural, urban and landscape heritage of our territories.
Notable heritage sites are: towns, villages or neighbourhoods whose conservation, restoration, rehabilitation or development is of historical, architectural, archaeological, artistic or landscape interest.”
As a substitute for the old protection systems (protected areas, ZPPAUP, AVAP), the classification of outstanding heritage sites aims to protect and showcase the architectural, urban and landscape heritage of our territories.
The rural spaces and landscapes that form with these towns, villages or neighbourhoods a coherent whole or which are likely to contribute to their conservation or development may be classified under the same heading.
For SPR with Protection and Development Plan (PSMV), the Architecture Advisor participates in the development of the public procurement parts when the State is the contracting authority. It follows the procedure, both for creation and for revisions and extensions.
He also ensures the presentation of the file in CRPA (1st section) and in national commission (CNPA).
