How to mention the help of the DRAC Hauts-de-France on your communication media?
Partnership, support or grant funding requires the use of the Crown logo and branding on the project or structure communication documents you wear.
Which logo for what use?
A decentralized department of the Ministry of Culture under the authority of the Prefecture of the Region, the DRAC Hauts-de-France must be identified by the only trademark block of the latter. When the support allows it, it is possible to attach the mention "With the support of the Direction régionale des affaires culturelles Hauts-de-France".
Please note: If you receive direct support from the DRAC and from another State department under the authority of the Prefecture of Region, it is this same brand block that should be affixed to your media.

If your support comes from a central branch of the Ministry of Culture, the Ministry logo applies, but the methods of communication vary. Refer to the dedicated page support from central government.

Whatever the event, it is the logo of the Ministry that should be used in conjunction with the specific communication kit, where available.
These logos and their principles of use are available on request from the DRAC Communications Department.
Please note: If, as part of this national event, you receive direct financial support from the DRAC, you can add the words: "[Name of event] is an event initiated by the Ministry of Culture and implemented by the Direction régionale des Affaires culturelles des Hauts-de-France."
When the State is not the main issuer of support, it endorses the communication with a statement characterizing its contribution. As before, it is the trademark block of the Ministry of Culture with the mention «supported by», available on request from the DRAC Communications Department, which should be used.
The structures labeled Artistic creation obey the rules stated above: the origin of the support determines the choice of the logo.
The heritage labels (Monuments historiques, Musées de France, Ville et Pays d'art et d'histoire, Maisons des illustres, Jardin remarquable, etc.) have a specific ideogram or logotype, available on request from the DRAC Communications Department, which must appear immediately to the right of the State trademark block.

In this case, the Government brand block applies, available below.
Special case: Within the framework of a double support of the DRAC and the Rectorate, it is the logo of the Prefect of Region that applies, in compliance with the protocol order.
How to use the state logo?
The State brand graphic charter specifies the terms of use of the logo.
- The minimum size of the block is based on the height of the Marianne, which must be at least 2.5 mm or 20 pixels.
- Brand blocks live, in priority, in color on white background. The breaking of the brand block directly on colored background is forbidden. In the case of an uncontrolled environment, the State Charter must be complied with.
- The color of the logo itself is also not editable. Keep the text in black and the Marianne in the colors of the charter: blue France, white, red Marianne.
All documents, including construction site signs, on which these brand blocks appear must be submitted for validation, at least 10 days before being sent for printing and/or digital distribution, to DRAC Communications Department Hauts-de-France.
Order of Logos
A protocol governs the presentation of the logos of the partners on all communication documents of the supported projects.
This protocol imposes a positioning of the "State" logo first from the left. In the case of multiple institutional partnerships, the following protocol must be observed:
State/ Region/ Department/ Community of agglomeration/ Community of communes/ Municipality/ other partners
State brand blocks invariably occupy the first position on the logo bands. The other logotypes are positioned at the same level and in the same proportions.
Special case: in the case of a European Union partnership, the EU logo takes precedence over all others and must therefore be placed to the left of the State mark.
One and only Marianne
The rule is not to show only one Marianne, only one State logo, on the communication media. Whatever the medium and whatever the context of communication, the block-brand, composed of the Marianne as input and the republican currency at the end, is unique and must appear only once on the same medium.
Therefore, it is not consistent to align logos of different ministries, or to align the logo of the prefect of region with that of the Ministry of Culture.
Invitation cards
In the case of a nominative invitation, it is the Prefect of the region which, on behalf of the DRAC, is the inviting power. As the highest representative of the State, the Prefect of the Region appears in first position on the list of inviting powers.
Invitation cards must be be submitted for validation to the Interdepartmental Office of Communication (Prefecture) via the DRAC Communications Departmentat least 10 days before sending to print and/or online.
