The fifth promotion of fluxus, the incubator for cultural and artistic entrepreneurs in the Great East, returned to the premises of the third place BLIIIDA in Metz on January 24 and 25.
The leaders of the 11 projects were gathered for their first two-day meeting and training session, after their selection by a jury composed of 15 sectoral experts recognized in the territory.
Throughout the year, they will follow a training programme designed to provide them with the tools needed to structure and develop their
professional projects.

fluxus: the cultural and artistic incubator of the Great East
Co-piloted by the DRAC Grand Est, the third place messin
BLIIIDA and theGrand Est Cultural Agency, it aims to support the creation of new activities
cultural and artistic.
This one-year course of collective and individual support aims to make these activities economically viable while offering a regional network of actors specialized in various fields
creative.
Officially launched in November 2018, the fluxus incubator has, since then, framed 4 promotions for a total of 34 projects through different partners and cultural actors in the territory.
An innovative and efficient system for:
- Support entrepreneurial projects of cultural and artistic creation in the territory of the Great East;
- Federate the resources present in the territory around common projects.
