How do you prepare for your UDAP appointment?
In order to allow the instructor or the architect of the Buildings of France to advise you in full knowledge of the facts, you will have to bring documents allowing him to judge the situation of the land where you want to carry out the work.
- The precise address of the land: postal address or if necessary parcel number (consult the cadastre);
- Colour photographs of the building(s) to be modified, near and far to judge its situation in the landscape and its current state;
- Construction plans (if available), preferably quoted;
- List of materials chosen: colours in case of renovation (facade, basement...), window materials, roof frames (size, materials...), tile models, etc.
