Fluxus, what is it?

fluxus is the cultural and artistic incubator of the Great East. Co-piloted by the DRAC Grand Est, the third place messin BLIIIDA and the Agence Culturelle Grand Est, it aims to support the emergence of cultural and artistic entrepreneurial activities. This one-year course of collective and individual support aims to make these activities economically viable while offering a regional network of actors specialized in various creative fields. Officially launched in November 2018, the incubator has, since then, framed 4 promotions for a total of 34 project promoters thanks to the involvement of about thirty partners and cultural actors (Culture schools, third-places, venues, etc.) spread over 9 cities in the territory.
