For this 11th edition, the award is evolving by highlighting initiatives that promote open government.
The prize is jointly organised by the ministry of culture, the Ministry of National Education and Youth, the Ministry of Agriculture and Food Sovereignty, in partnership with the FoundationCulture and Diversity".
