Culture and disability

The Regional Directorate of Cultural Affairs participates in the Culture and Disability Programme, which is structured around three axes: - improving accessibility to cultural places;
- develop the cultural offer for people with disabilities;
- Encourage artistic practice and support artistic initiatives around disability;
It also intends to promote the implementation in the cultural field of Law no. 2005-102 of 11 February 2005 for equal rights and opportunities, participation and citizenship of persons with disabilities.
It supports artistic events around the dynamic «art and disability».
