Declaration of live entertainment entrepreneurs
The legal regime for carrying out the activity of a live entertainment entrepreneur "licences" changed on 1 October 2019 and is now declarative.
The four mandatory steps are:
- Live Entertainment Contractor Activity Declaration (Show Contractor License
- Renewal of the declaration of activity of live entertainment contractor (licence of entertainment contractor)
- Information on the provision of services in France by a live entertainment contractor established in the European Economic Area (EEA) outside France
- Information on the provision of services in France by a live entertainment contractor established outside the European Economic Area (EEA)
