The Ministry of Culture is implementing the “Camus Project” to consolidate its headquarters services at three sites (instead of seven currently).

In this context, the Ministry of Culture undertakes modernization work and launches a contract for the realization of two ephemeral artistic creations on the exterior cladding of the construction facilities of the Valois hotel and the Bons-Enfants building (Paris 1e).

Each of the two works will be installed on the public road, during the construction period, from January to November 2021.

This commission will notably show the vitality of contemporary visual creation.

Perimeters :
Hôtel de Valois: two construction fences and scaffolding from January 2021 (tarpaulin stretched).
Bons-Enfants building: a construction fence from June 2021
(facilities located nearby, without co-visibility).

Conduct of the procedure:
1e phase: application on application, selection of 3 applications mid-November,
2e phase: delivery of tenders mid-December,
Winner selected: December 2020 for installation in January 2021.
