On the proposal of Françoise Nyssen, Minister of Culture, the President of the Republic appointed by decree on October 3, 2018, Clarisse Mazoyer President of the Operator of Heritage and Real Estate Projects of Culture (OPPIC) for a new three-year term.

The OPPIC, is a public institution specialized in public project management, placed under the supervision of the Ministry of Culture whose missions are carried out free of charge on behalf of the State and its public institutions.

It is currently involved in more than 160 operations for 74 sites throughout the territory, involving both restoration work on buildings classified or listed as historic monuments, and new construction projects such as the relocation of the École Nationale Supérieure d'Architecture in Marseille or the management of major master plans such as the Grand-Palais des Champs-Elysées.

Clarisse Mazoyer has devoted much of her career to the service of cultural policies, whether in the central administration of the ministry, public institutions or in a decentralized service. Its renewal as president of the OPPIC will extend the actions carried out since its appointment in July 2015, which have helped consolidate the position of the institution as a reference real estate operator of the Ministry of Culture, to place it even more in an exemplary approach by developing a social, social and environmental responsibility approach, and to assert its position as a player in priority public policies (implementation of the national architecture strategy in the projects carried out), while modernizing the management of the institution.
