The Minister of Culture took note of the first instance decision of the Court of Créteil against the President of Radio France, Mathieu Gallet, for events dating back to 2012 to 2014, when he was President of the National Audiovisual Institute.

The ongoing reflection on the transformation of public broadcasting foresees the evolution of the methods of appointment, with the objective of guaranteeing the independence of the media, while reinforcing the responsibility of the directors before their board of directors.
