Roselyne Bachelot-Narquin, Minister of Culture, gives the title Scène Conventionnée d'Intérêt National (SCIN), with mention «art et création», to the Espace Bernard-Marie Koltès of the University of Lorraine.

The award of this designation recognizes the quality of the programme of actions developed by the Espace Bernard-Marie Koltès, particularly in terms of programming and accompaniment of artists engaged in contemporary theatrical writing, facilitating their creative work, the dissemination of their works and meeting with the people. Linked to the project of the Director of Space, Lee Fou Messica-Pannetier, this designation is awarded for a period of four years covering the period 2021-2024.

As a participant in the national policy of support for artistic creation, the programme of Stages Conventionnées d'Intérêt National plays an essential role in the accompaniment and presence of artists, the dissemination of their works at the national level, contributing to the development and artistic and cultural diversity of the territories.
