The work of Henri Cueco is that of a deeply committed artist, who addressed his contemporaries with the constant concern to take part in their struggles and to highlight the contradictions of our society.

His work is of extraordinary variety. Artist with many talents, painter of course, but also novelist, essayist, radio man or even teacher, always anxious to transmit his knowledge and share his passions.

His presence remains particularly sensitive to the ministry, through a vast decoration that always adorns a room of the historic building rue de Valois.

Audrey Azoulay, Minister of Culture and Communication, extends her sincere condolences to her family and loved ones.
