Born in 1971 in Nîmes and 1981 in the Jura, Rachid Ouramdane and Yoann Bourgeois are dancers, choreographers, acrobats, actors and jugglers. Graduated from the Centre National de Danse Contemporaine d'Angers in 1992 for one, from the Centre National des Arts du Cirque de Châlons-en-Champagne, which he went through alternately with the Centre National de Danse Contemporaine d'Angers for the other, They both embark on the creation process from the end of their studies.

Nationally and internationally recognized artists, they offer a unique association between dance and circus in a spirit of artistic innovation and openness. Their project, called Mobile horizons, based on the notions of encounter, otherness, enlargement and relay. Their ambition is to create a real pole of choreographic production allowing the creation within the CCN of a «hive of artists». The envisaged collaborations offer a wide range of aesthetics in direct connection with the challenges of society and a wide openness to the younger generations through the establishment of a digital pole for an increased plateau.

Founded in 1984 around the company of Jean-Claude Gallotta, the CCN de Grenoble has a close relationship with the Maison de la culture de Grenoble, now MC2. With the departure of Jean-Claude Gallotta, it is an important page that turns with a strong stake to invent a new relationship with the MC2 but also with numerous partners at the local and regional level.

The Minister particularly wishes to salute the exceptional and exemplary commitment of Jean-Claude Gallotta since the beginning to the direction of the Centre chorégraphique national de Grenoble. He will continue his artistic career in company, supported by the State and local authorities.
