The Ministry of Culture and Communication shall open a public consultation in order to obtain the comments of the actors concerned on the modification of the televised sponsorship scheme to allow the appearance of the sponsor’s products or services.
It follows a previous public consultation conducted by the ministry in the summer of 2013, on possible changes to the legal regime applicable to television advertising, television sponsorship and product placement. The responses suggested that there was a fairly broad consensus on the need for more flexible sponsorship. This consultation will make it possible to identify possible developments in the viewpoints.
