On the proposal of Eric Ruf, Director General of the Comédie-Française, Fleur Pellerin, Minister of Culture and Communication, has appointed Kim Pham as Director General of the Services of the Comédie-Française, replacing Jérôme Lamy, Chief Adviser at the Court of Auditors and appointed Secretary General of the Directorate for the Execution of Financial Operations at the Caisse des dépôts et consignations on 7 July 2014.

Kim Pham was previously an advisor for audiovisual and film at Aurélie Filippetti’s office. A civil administrator, he held the positions of Deputy Director General of France Télévisions from 2007 to 2012, Secretary General and Deputy Director General of France 5 from 2004 to 2007, and Chief Financial and Legal Officer of the CNC from 2000 to 2003.
