Aurélie Filippetti, Minister of Culture and Communication, welcomes the sponsorship agreement for the lighting of the facades of the National School of Fine Arts, signed this Monday, March 4, 2013 with Philippe Journo, President of the Phalsbourg Company.

The École Nationale Supérieure des Beaux-Arts, classified as a historical monument since 1972, forms a vast heritage complex in the heart of Paris, whose buildings were built between Bonaparte Street and Quai Malaquais between the 17th and 20th centuries.

Property of the State, it has just been the subject of a complete restoration of its facades very altered by urban pollution. The Phalsbourg Company, and as an individual Mr and Mrs Philippe Journo, supported the restoration by the State.

Today, the Phalsbourg Company is financing all the work to illuminate the facades on the Quai Malaquais, estimated at 450,000 euros.

This signing of the convention is part of the policy of development of patronage conducted by the Ministry of Culture and Communication, in favor of the preservation and enhancement of the heritage.
