With the development of multimedia, new codes and usages are changing the landscape of digital creation. To examine these innovative practices, the Ministry of Culture and Communication launched, from October 8 to November 7, 2013, the Digital Autumn, an operation that focused on the intersecting issues of digital and arts and cultural education. During the closing days Aurélie Filippetti launched the idea of a «Silicon Valois». It was about “rolling out a real digital policy across the country” and announcing “a creative spring”. The operation was held from May 15 to 28, 2014, to welcome within the department developers, entrepreneurs, creatives, designers. Artists, students, passionate about culture and digital shared the collaborative workspace at 182, rue Saint-Honoré in Paris. Discussions and meetings have enabled professionals and project leaders to exchange knowledge and share their skills.
