^{The health crisis and lockdown have caused an unprecedented acceleration in digital cultural uses. This acceleration has made even more visible the potentialities of digital for creation as for diffusion. It also confirmed the risks of potential casualisation of content producers, little recognized in the value chain, but also, paradoxically, of increasing de facto inequalities in users' access to resources. To these points of attention already identified, such as those concerning issues of sovereignty, security and civil liberties, are added today the question of the sustainability of the digital economy as a whole, as its considerable energy and environmental impact is discovered (rare earth exploitation).}
