Apply

The annual session is intended for staff with high supervisory potential of the three public functions and their establishments, national and local elected representatives, journalists, executives of companies or associations, representatives of trade unions, foreign embassy advisers and attachés.

Access to the session is subject to selection, on the basis of an application file.

Applications are first submitted to a pre-selection within the General Secretariat. Candidates who have been pre-selected are then screened, with the candidate’s motivation hearing, professional experience and interest in the course.
