Internal competition (2013 session)

Cancellation and postponement of the Administrative Secretary Internal Competition Eligibility Written Test:  

"Due to a clerical error (distribution of the emergency subject in one of the rooms), the written eligibility test for the internal administrative secretary competition held on April 18 was cancelled.
 The new event will be held on 24 June 2014.
 This deferral impacts the rest of the competition schedule. Eligible applicants will be required to submit their Recognition of Work Experience file by mail to the Interacademic Examinations and Competitions Service (ICES) by November 3, 2014, instead of September 12, 2014. In addition, the oral admissions will take place in December 2014.
 
 All registered candidates will again be called by mail by the Interacademic Examination and Competition Service (SIEC).
 
 The Human Resources Department (HRS) has already taken the necessary steps with the Interacademic Examinations and Competitions Service (SIEC) so that this written test can be organised in the afternoon".

The oral exams for the internal competition of administrative secretary will take place from 8 December 2014. In addition, for this test, candidates declared eligible must send by November 3, 2014, the postmark being authentic, their record of recognition of prior professional experience to the Examination House (SIEC)
