One of the most endearing figures of our theatrical life comes from
leave us.

The very early actor, who appeared on stage at the age of 15, the former
student of Charles Dullin and Robert Manuel, had played with the most
great actors of her generation: Sylvia Monfort, Michel Piccoli,
Laurent Terzieff, Françoise Fabian and many others.

Then Daniel Darès showed another facet of his talent in
producing the shows of one of the most Paris stages
eclectic, this theatre Antoine that he was one day to conduct following
Simone Berriau. He especially programmed authors of the repertoire
but also contemporary playwrights like Yasmina
Reza.

It was also thanks to him that a certain Julien Clerc began his
career in a show that marked his time, comedy
musical «Hair».

Emblematic figure of the Parisian scene, he lived his passion for
theatre with fervor, as a service to the texts,
to the actors and the audience.
