Frédéric Mitterrand, Minister of Culture and Communication, andSébastien Jumel, Mayor of Dieppe, in agreement with the Regional Council of Haute Normandie, the General Council of Seine-Maritime and the Community of Agglomeration of the Dieppoise region, gave their approval to the proposal to appoint Philippe Cogney to the management ofDSN, Dieppe’s national stage, after the jury held on 11June 2010.
