The Minister of Culture and Communication recalls that he is a fervent defender of the digitization of the cultural heritage of the State because of the potential of access that it conceals and of enlargement of the audiences that it allows.

Fully aware of the importance of the appropriations that must be mobilized to pursue and amplify this cultural policy, the Minister recalls that no option could be preferred in the current state of thinking.

In any case, the solutions adopted must be in strict respect of copyright and be fully in line with the policy of digitization of the cultural heritage of the State that the Minister wishes to lead.
