Now owned by the Ministry of Culture and Communication, the Medici Tower will be a Medici Villa of a new kind, drawing its roots in the history of a territory, to be at the service of a population.

It will offer a reception capacity in residence of artists of all
disciplines, from France and the rest of the world. The Tour Médicis
will be a place resolutely open to the outside, from the nearest to the furthest,
and will host audiences for shows, exhibitions and
screenings, concerts, conferences.

The Medici Tower School will offer preparatory training for
crafts and culture and a second chance school module.

The consultation and shared development phase of the project has been launched
with local authorities, in the forefront of which both
municipalities of Clichy-sous-Bois and Montfermeil, strongly engaged in

development of the Ile-de-France region, the local community, the

- technical and architectural planning studies;
- setting up a sponsorship circle;
- Networking of the Tower with public institutions;
cultural institutions in the Paris region and the
similar structures located in neighborhoods in France and
Europe.

The Medici Tower, cultural equipment with new ambitions and
will be part of the cultural component of Greater Paris and will be a
