Frédéric Mitterrand, Minister of Culture and Communication, and AlainClaeys , Deputy Mayor of Poitiers, in agreement with the Regional Council of Poitou-Charentes and the General Council of Vienna, gave their approval to the proposal to appoint Jérôme Lecardeur to the direction of the Poitiers National Court, following the jury held on 18 December 2009.
