At the foot of the Alpilles, the remains of the town of Glanum date from two periods: Gallo-Greek (2nd-1st centuries BC) and Gallo-Roman (late 1st century AD). Its urbanism, important civil and religious monuments and its vocation as sanctuary make it one of the most evocative sites of antiquity.
