The Minister of Culture, his decentralized departments and the institutions attached to him, make available to his various audiences a large number of documentary resources covering all of his fields of intervention. They are accessible in a variety of ways and formats. In this qualitatively and quantitatively rich environment, it is often difficult to make use of available resources, sometimes simply for lack of identification or information about them.
This directory is based on a book published by the ministry in 1994 "Getting to know the Ministry of Culture and La Francophonie (La documentation Française)" and is the update of the 2017 directory, in an innovative web version. Like this one, its primary objective is to facilitate access to various forms of culture.
