GMEA - Centre national de création musicale d'Albi - Tarn launches its call for projects for residencies in 2024.
Open to all the experimental sound practices of our time, the GMEA accompanies the emergence of new musical forms from written or improvised music, instrumental, electro-acoustic or electronic.
The centre hosts musicians and ensembles for one-week residency sessions that focus on creation, recording or research. Throughout these residencies, the artists benefit from technical, logistical and administrative support as well as the centre’s network (artists, professionals, resource centres, venues) useful for the development of the project.
