RESUME
Un mode de garde écologiquement correct : le chien de protection
Décider de lutter contre un prédateur impose nécessairement de réintroduire tout le système domesticatoire, à savoir l'ensemble complexe de techniques, de savoir-faire, de représentations et de mécanismes de transmission intergénérationnelle. Ce système est toujours évolutif, comme si la domestication n'était jamais totalement acquise.

ABSTRACT
An ecollogically correct mode of guard : the protection dog
Deciding to fight against predators implies reintroducing the whole domestication system, i. e. the complex of technics, know-how, representations, and mechanisms of intergenerational transmission. This system is in constant evolution as if the domestication process were never totally achieved.

ZUSAMMENFASSUNG
Eine ökologisch korrecte Wachart : der Schutzhund
Sich entscheiden, Raubtiere zu bekämpfen, voraussetzt, dass man das ganze Zähmungssystem, das heisst das Komplex von Techniken, Können, Vorstellungen und Mechanismen der intergenerationellen Überlieferung wieder einführt. Dieses System ist in ständiger Entwicklung, als ob die Zähmung niemals ganz erworben wäre.
